Today, BusinessFly operates as an online travel agency (OTA), acting as an intermediary between customers and airlines or other authorized service providers.

BusinessFly does not operate flights and does not issue transportation services independently. All flights and transportation services are provided directly by the respective airlines under their own rules, fare conditions and contracts of carriage.
